Technology and Democracy

A debate on the role and scope of technology in these times of virus corona, where many governments worldwide are seeking the use of technologies to minimize the effects of the pandemic, however the dilemma between security and freedom, and what are the limits of governments regarding the privacy of civil society. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the English version of this recording was not produced.
This is a 30-minute Spanish interview in which “Pocho” was invited by a blogger who from Spain explores the role of technology in major social events (such as Covid-19) and the impact on the way we will live in the future and the role of technological development.
