Greg Kading and his theory about Tupac’s murder
Greg Kading was not a household name when he decided to publish Murder Rap in 2011. This book documents the murders of Tupac and Biggie Smalls, shows the evidence he gathered while serving as the LAPD’s lead investigator for the murder of the Biggie Smalls, and concludes with a polemical thesis. According to Greg Kading, the singer Puff Daddy ordered Tupac’s murder and Suge Knight ordered Notorious B.I.G.’s murder.
It has been five years since the release of Greg Kading’s Murder Rap, and now he is back with a documentary which he maintains his theory. In a conversation with Greg Kading, he states that his intention behind the release of this documentary is to present to public the definitive answer to the lingering question of who killed Tupac and Biggie. “Suge Knight was involved in Biggie’s murder and he was a victim in Tupac’s murder. He was also targeted to be shot by the Crips”, Greg Kading said. “However, the guy with the gun, Orlando Anderson, was focused more on Tupac because Tupac just attacked him at the casino”, he added.
The most shocking statements by Kading are related to Puff Daddy’s involvement in Tupac’s murder. Greg Kading states that a gang member from Los Angeles named Keefe D testified that his nephew, Orlando Anderson, was the one who shot Tupac, but this was done not simply because of the altercation in the Las Vegas Casino that night, but under Puff Daddy’s order. “If I could have a conversation with Puff Daddy, I would say: listen, I understand what happened. You were in fear for your life. There were guys looking to kill you. They were looking where you and your family lived in Los Angeles”, stated. However, Greg Kading does not believe that this case will go to trial: “The individual that Keefe D. got the gun from is dead, he died 3 years ago; and I just learnt recently that the guy that drove the white Cadillac, Terry Brown, was killed in a shooting in Compton. So that only leave, from the 6 conspirators involved in the Tupac’s murder, Puff Daddy and Keefe D. And you are not going to bring Puffy to court just based in the testimony of a convicted drug dealing gang member”, he said. The book and movie Murder Rap can be found on Amazon and iTunes.
